About HRDQ
For more than 30 years, we’ve helped thousands of leading
organizations — including 95 of the Fortune 100 — improve

Company History
Driven by the need to help managers understand effective practices
and behavior, seminar creators and facilitators Rollin Glaser, EdD,
and Christine Glaser, MEd, developed experiential learning materials
that could be used by consultants and trainers. In 1977, Rollin and
Christine founded Organization Design and Development, Inc., the
company that would become HRDQ. Increasing demand and expansion of
the HRDQ product line eventually led to the birth of what is now the
HRDQ catalog, website, and a global network of authorized
distributors.
