  • James G. Andrews, PhD (Intuitive Decision Making Profile)
    Dr. Andrews is an organizational psychologist who has developed and conducted interventions for senior managers, cross-functional teams, and cross-cultural work groups across the United States, Europe, and South Africa. He specializes in executive coaching, team development, and change management. Before launching his own firm, Jim was Director of Change Management and Revitalization for a national outplacement firm. He has taught at the University of San Francisco as well as the University of Tennessee, where he received his PhD in psychology.
     
  • William L. Bearley, EdD (Group Development Assessment, TeamBook, Neurolinguistic Communication Profile, Change Reaction, Participative Management Profile)
    Dr. Bearley is vice president of Organizational Universe Systems. Bill is an information systems and organization development consultant, combining his computer expertise with a solid background in human resources. He has collaborated with Dr. John Jones on instrumentation in team building, decision making, burnout, and organizational change. He consults with numerous clients, such as AT&T Communications, AT&T Bell Laboratories, Honeywell, Xerox, L’Oreal, and many educational and health-care organizations.

    Ingrid is a consultant and trainer whose special areas of expertise are facilitation skills, team building, conflict management, employee participation and organizational change. Ingrid has a Masters Degree in Adult Education and more than 20 years experience as a workshop leader and organization development consultant. Ingrid is a partner in Participative Dynamics, a consulting firm with offices in Sarasota, Florida, and Toronto, Canada.

    Dr. Champagne has more than 30 years of experience as a consultant in the HRD field. He has worked with educational systems, social agencies, businesses, and health-care agencies in planning and implementing human relations skills training, presentation skills training, organizational development, program implementation, curriculum development, and staff development. His consulting work experience includes the United States, Canada, Jamaica, and West Africa. Dr. Champagne’s innovative training and development materials are used worldwide. He is now an emeritus professor at the University of Pittsburgh and an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University and SUNY-Albany.

A dynamic and humorous speaker, Jim has taught management seminars for numerous organizations, including Booz-Allen Hamilton. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in theoretical linguistics from The University of California at Santa Cruz and a master’s degree in educational psychology from UCLA.

    Dr. Hogan is founder and president of the Business Writing Center, which provides online business writing classes and on-site business writing workshops. He has taught conflict management, group dynamics, and a variety of interpersonal development courses in higher education, and has presented seminars in methods of managing conflict and improving interpersonal relationships.
     
  • Peter Honey, PhD (Learning Styles Questionnaire)
    Dr. Honey is a psychologist who began work as an independent management consultant in 1969. He specializes in all aspects of human behavior and its consequences. Peter regularly conducts programs on developing interactive skills, creative thinking, and problem solving. He is a member of the British Psychological Society and the Institute of Management Consultants.
     
  • Dennis T. Jaffe, PhD (Mastering the Change Curve)
    Dr. Jaffe is a founding principal of Changeworks Global and director of the Organizational Inquiry Program at Saybrook Graduate School. Dennis is a nationally recognized leader in the field of organizational development. He earned his PhD in sociology and MA in management from Yale University. His professional training is in organizational development, and he is also a licensed clinical psychologist. Dr. Jaffe is the author of 22 books, including Rekindling Commitment and Organizational Vision, Values, and Mission.

    Dr. Jones (1935-2003) was the president of Organizational Universe Systems. John was probably best known as co-founder of University Associates and co-editor of experience-based training and consulting handbooks and annuals. He consulted widely with such clients as AT&T Communications, AT&T Bell Laboratories, Baxter Healthcare, Coors, GMC, Xerox, Kaiser-Permanente, Hughes Aircraft, ARC International (Tokyo), and numerous not-for-profit organizations in education and government.
     
  • Jocelyn Kung, MBA (Work Satisfaction & Renewal Series, Performance Mgmt Through 5 Key Conversations)
    Jocelyn is principal of Jocelyn Kung Associates, a management development and training company based in Atherton, California. With 20 years of experience in the training and human resources industry, Jocelyn has worked for major clients such as Levi Strauss and Company, Oracle, Cisco Systems, and Charles Schwab. She has been a faculty member of Management Centre Europe (the international division of the American Management Association) in Brussels, Belgium. Before founding her own firm, she was vice president of Administration for Sam & Libby and vice president of Human Resources and Communication for Esprit. She is co-author of Performance Management Through 5 Key Conversations and Encouraging Innovation Through 5 Key Conversations, both published by HRDQ. Ms. Kung holds a BS in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration.
     
  • Lynne C. Levesque, EdD (Breakthrough Creativity Profile)
    Dr. Levesque brings over 20 years of experience in business and training to her consulting and research practice. Lynne has extensively researched and written about creativity and innovation. She has authored numerous articles as well as Breakthrough Creativity: Achieving Top Performance Using the Eight Creative Talents (Davies-Black: June, 2001). In addition to her consulting work, Lynne is senior researcher and project manager for the Modern Giants Project at Harvard Business School. A graduate of Mount Holyoke College, Lynne holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, and an EdD in Creativity from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

    Bruce is president of BRM Enterprises, Inc., a company specializing in customer service lectures, seminars, and consulting in client retention. He has been closely involved in customer service and human resources for two decades at Neiman Marcus and Gantos, where he held positions as a senior officer in human resources, store management, and training and development. Bruce is a graduate of the University of Florida and was an officer in the United States Air Force. Bruce is a nationally recognized speaker and workshop leader and has been a guest on NBC’s Today show.
     
  • Ian MacDonald (Presentation Skills Profile)
    Ian is the director of HRDQ Central Europe, the Budapest-based distributor of HRDQ learning materials. In addition to his administrative responsibilities, he consults and trains with many of the region’s leading companies. Since 1992, Ian has tutored on behalf of the Open Business School (UK) in Hungary, helping hundreds of local students to obtain professional qualifications in business administration. He is also the director of the Foundation for Psychoeducation, which promotes progressive approaches for dealing with alcoholism. Ian has previously held positions with Alexander Proudfoot International PLC, an international management consulting firm, and with Shin-Etsu Handotai, the world’s largest manufacturer of silicon products. He is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and an associate member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (UK).

    Marianne is president of her own consulting firm, Marianne Minor and Associates, based in San Jose, California. The firm focuses on leadership and organizational development. Marianne has over 15 years of experience in coaching executives and designing and delivering leadership workshops. She served on the faculty at General Electric’s Management Development Institute for five years. Her other clients include Pacific Gas and Electric, Adaptec, Lockheed, and Santa Clara University. At present, he is Visiting Professor of Management Development at Interactive Management Centres. He is continually involved in improving the ways in which most managers learn (in particular through their normal work). His most recent books are How Managers Can Develop Managers and Learning at the Top. Alan is a Companion of the Institute of Personnel Management.

    Dr. Mumma has been helping people understand the dynamics and work of groups since 1966 when he was a process consultant in leadership laboratories at Temple University.     Ron (1942-2004) was president of Performance Research Associates, Inc., a Minneapolis-based consulting firm specializing in service quality audits and service management programs. Mr. Zemke founded PRA in 1972 to conduct organizational effectiveness and productivity improvement studies for business and industry. Mr. Zemke authored many books, including the popular Knock Your Socks Off Service™ series and was also a well-known business writer. As Senior Editor of Training magazine, Contributing Editor of the Positive Employee Practices and Training Directors' Forum newsletters, and columnist for AMA President's Newsletter, he covered the emergence of the nation's growing service sector as well as other major issues in American business and management.
