- James G. Andrews, PhD (Intuitive
Decision Making Profile)
Dr. Andrews is an
organizational psychologist who has developed and conducted
interventions for senior managers, cross-functional teams, and
cross-cultural work groups across the United States, Europe, and
South Africa. He specializes in executive coaching, team
development, and change management. Before launching his own firm,
Jim was Director of Change Management and Revitalization for a
national outplacement firm. He has taught at the University of San
Francisco as well as the University of Tennessee, where he
received his PhD in psychology.

the president of Organizational Universe Systems. John was
probably best known as co-founder of University Associates and

GMC, Xerox, Kaiser-Permanente, Hughes Aircraft, ARC International
