Ann Burress, Ph.D. has over 20 years of business experience and academic
credentials in organizational psychology. She has experience working with Fortune 500
corporations in various stages of transformation. Her work includes: helping organizations
implement high-performance work systems, serving on the steering committees responsible
for designing change, assessing leadership requirements consistent with high-performance
work systems, evaluating leader competencies, and developing and implementing new business
strategies emphasizing marketing and profitability. Ann is currently a member of Shell
Exploration & Production's Continuous Performance Improvement group.
