Richard
L. Cherry, Ph.D. is president of Consulting for Organizational Effectiveness,
Inc. He has over 20 years experience as an organizational consultant on the application of
behavioral science to improve effectiveness. Dr. Cherry was consultant for the first two
self-managing workteam plants at General Motors. He also served as director of
International Quality of Work Life for GM organizations throughout the world.
