Robert P. Crosby is, first and foremost, a practitioner. Since being immersed in the world of group dynamics as a graduate student in 1952, he has actively pursued personal, group, and organizational understanding and excellence. In 1969 he founded the Leadership Institute of Spokane - LIOS (now in Seattle) from which over one thousand adults have graduated with a master's degree in the applied behavioral sciences. He and his wife Patricia currently teach in this expanding program. Bob also has a passion for his work in Ukraine and Russia where his book, Walking the Empowerment Tightrope, is being published in the Russian language.
