Elaine Dundon, MBA, the founder of The Innovation Group Consulting Inc., is a highly regarded speaker, facilitator, trainer and consultant in the field of Innovation Management. She is the creator of the Innovation Guru® training programs and is recognized as a leader in the advancement of the principles of Innovation Management. Her background includes extensive experience in business planning, marketing strategy development, and innovative thinking. She has held senior line management positions at Procter & Gamble, Kraft General Foods, and Nestlé. Elaine is currently teaching Innovation Management at the University of Toronto and is in the process of writing a book on the Innovation Guru® concept, which incorporates many of the concepts and applications related to designing Innovation Systems Architectures for effective Innovation Management.
