Rollin O. Glaser, Ed.D. is chairman of HRDQ. In addition to his administrative responsibilities, he is a consultant, trainer, and writer. He has previous experience as vice president of organization planning and development for several firms. Rollin holds a BS from Northwestern University; an MEd from Northeastern University; an MA from Columbia University; and an EdD in adult education from Columbia. Rollin is the author of Personnel Management for Retailers (Lebhar-Friedman, 1977) and co-author of The Management of Training (Addison-Wesley, 1970) and Managing by Design (Addison-Wesley, 1981); has developed and written many instruments, simulations, and articles published by HRDQ; and is editor of Classic Readings in Self-Managing Teamwork.
