Author Information Jocelyn Kung, MBA
is principal of Jocelyn Kung Associates, a management development and training company
based in Atherton, California. With 19 years of experience in the training and human
resources industry, Jocelyn has worked for major clients such as Levi Strauss and Company,
Oracle, Cisco Systems, and Charles Schwab. She also has been a faculty member of
Management Centre Europe (the international division of the American Management
Association) in Brussels, Belgium. Before founding her own firm, she was vice president of
Administration for Sam&Libby and vice president of Human Resources and Communication
for Esprit. Ms. Kung holds a B. S. in Business Administration and a Master of Business
Administration.
