Bruce is president of BRM Enterprises, Inc.,
a company specializing in customer service lectures, seminars, and
consulting in client retention. He has been closely involved in
customer service and human resources for two decades at Neiman
Marcus and Gantos, where he held positions as a senior officer in
human resources, store management, and training and development.
Bruce is a graduate of the University of Florida and was an officer
in the United States Air Force. Bruce is a nationally recognized
speaker and workshop leader and has been a guest on NBC’s Today
show.
