Stoner, Ed.D. has been a consultant for over 15 years, helping organizations
align their business strategies and culture to create high-performance teams. She is the
author of Creating Your Organization's Future, a program to help teams develop a shared
vision for their department or organization. She has co-authored many team-building
materials, such as The Group Development Stage Analysis Team Profile and The Fundamentals
of Effective Teamwork. She received her doctorate in organizational development from the
University of Massachusetts.
