With a career history that includes consulting and high level positions at Fortune 100 and large international companies, organizational development professional Melissa Caldwell offers over 20 years experience in designing and implementing innovative strategies and processes that measure, develop and optimize “people effectiveness.”
 
Melissa’s experience in career/management development and human resource issues, combined with expertise in change initiatives, realignment and cultural integrations following international acquisitions, enables her to create and deliver customized programs to enhance employee engagement and increase productivity for sustainable competitive advantage.
 
Melissa has held various high-level positions in organizational development and corporate training. As Director of Organizational Development at Rexam Beverage Can Americas, she designed and implemented human resource processes such as performance management and succession planning. In her position as Director of Organizational Development at Autonation, Inc., she led start-up initiatives for corporate development programs and processes. She also held positions of increasing responsibility for Resort Condominium International, including Senior Organizational Development Consultant.
