"I like to create
learning experiences that are fun — events where participants
learn in spite of themselves. I accomplish that using
experiential learning theory, which reaches participants with
different learning styles and needs. Its power lies in what a
person can experience for him- or herself, whether it is through
role-play, inventories, simulations, or games. I believe it is
this concrete experience that sparks the participant’s interest
and provides an opportunity for better understanding and
increased long-term retention of learning." |
