Training Programs On Demand -

Reproducible Program Library (RPL),
a collection of more than 70 customizable training
programs. Incorporating ease of use with flexibility,
the library’s ‘Ready, Print, Train’ solution delivers
high-quality training programs across a broad scope of
soft-skill and technical topics, including
communication, leadership, team building, professional
development, and human resources.
“The RPL was developed in response to our clients’
requests for on-demand training materials,” said Brad

great content with an open source model that would allow
them to easily tailor programs to their individual
audiences. And because RPL materials can be reproduced
as needed for a low, fixed price, it is a perfect
solution for trainers with development resource or

Training professionals and organizations can purchase
single titles, topic series, or the entire library
through one, two, or three-year licenses. Each RPL
program includes an instructor guide and a participant
guide in Microsoft Word® format, as well as a
PowerPoint® presentation. Each is delivered
ready-to-train but can be easily customized to include
company logos, industry content, or
organization-specific information. The RPL license
allows unlimited reproduction rights within an
organization to enable facilitation of training events
at a moment’s notice. While the RPL programs do not
require trainer certification, HRDQ provides experienced
facilitators for onsite delivery or facilitator training
upon request. Other value-added services from HRDQ
include customization, printing, shipping, and delivery.
