Web-Based Assessments Introduced,
Free Test Drive Available at HRDQ Online

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA (October 24, 2006) — HRDQ launched its web-based assessment system, HRDQ Online, with the release of the popular What’s My Communication Style? The participant assessment is available now through a free test drive at http://www.hrdq.com/wmcso.

What’s My Communication Style? is the first of more than 30 assessments to be available at HRDQ Online. Facilitators can use the system to deliver learning to a global workforce, collect participant data before training sessions, and eliminate time-consuming, in-class administration.  With access to automatic scoring, data analysis tools, and learning aids, trainers benefit from opportunities to customize classroom learning events.

“From the trainer’s point of view, the online version of What’s My Communication Style? simplifies life immensely,” said product user Peter Grazier, President of Teambuildinginc.com, a training company near Philadelphia.  “My participants come together from around the world. Sessions are shorter now and there isn't time to take assessments during class. With HRDQ Online, instead of sending out overnight packages, I simply e-mail a link to give participants the assessment ahead of time. That means I'm prepared in advance as well."

Based on the personality theories of Jung and Marston, the 10-minute What’s My Communication Style? measures individual preferences for one or more of four basic styles of verbal and nonverbal communication: Direct, Spirited, Systematic, or Considerate.  The assessment is one of eight HRDQ Style Series tools that address topics such as leadership, team building, coaching, and other vital training areas.
