What is the HRDQ Reproducible Program Library (RPL)?
The HRDQ Reproducible Program Library is a collection of over 70 half-day and one-day training programs.  Each program is fully customizable and fully reproducible.

How many programs are in the complete library?
We currently offer 72 different programs in a range of soft-skill and technical training topics.  Additional titles will be added over time.  Click here to see a full listing of titles.

Is trainer certification required?
No!  The reproducible programs come ready-to-train with a Participant Guide, Facilitator Guide, and PowerPoint presentation.  However, we do offer facilitator coaching (by phone or in person) if you would like additional assistance. May I see program samples before I purchase?

How are the programs sold?
HRDQ reproducible programs are sold as one-year, two-year, or three-year licenses.  You may choose the individual titles you need, choose from pre-selected topic series, or purchase the entire collection.  Quantity discounts begin when you purchase at least 5 programs at one time.  The more you buy, the more you save!

What do I receive for each program?
For each program, you receive a Participant Guide and Facilitator Guide in Microsoft Word, as well as a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation.  Most programs include additional content such as quick reference cards.

What do I need to access the programs I have purchased?
All you need is access to a computer with a connection to the Internet.

How do I access HRDQ Reproducible Programs?
Each program is provided in a zipped file which includes Microsoft Word and PowerPoint files for all components.  There is no waiting for delivery or CD’s to damage or lose.  Program files are accessible 24/7 through a secure web-based folder.  We provide you with instructions for secure access and passwords for your programs when we receive your signed letter of agreement.

Can you deliver the programs for my organization?

Who can I train with the programs?
You may use the programs for training any employee of your organization.

If I am a consultant, can I purchase the programs for use with my clients?
Yes!  Ask about our special program for independent consultant groups of under
5 employees.

Is it possible to receive the program files on CD?
Yes, however there is an additional charge of $50.

May I make as many copies as I like?
Yes!  There are no restrictions on the number of copies you make during the term of your license agreement.

Am I allowed to alter the program content?
Yes!  HRDQ Reproducible Programs are fully customizable so you can tailor the programs for your specific industry or organization.  The programs come ready-to-train, but you may add your logo or change content to suit your training needs.  We only ask that you do not alter or remove the copyright line.
