Interpersonal Influence Inventory

The Interpersonal Influence Inventory is a learning instrument designed to help participants assess the manner in which they choose to influence others. Using the response key, participants are asked to evaluate their behavior as it is today, not how they would like to see it in the future. Below are sample statements taken from the participant booklet:

Response Key

CC = Completely Characteristic, meaning I almost always do this.
UC = Usually Characteristic, meaning I usually do this.
SC = Somewhat Characteristic, meaning I do this sometimes.
UU = Usually Uncharacteristic, meaning I usually do not do this.
CU = Completely Uncharacteristic, meaning I almost never do this.
