Leader-Manager Profile
The Leader-Manager Profile is a 36-item assessment designed to highlight the differences between leading and managing and to identify the competencies managers need to be effective in each role. Using the response key, participants are asked to assess how often they perform the behavior described. Below are 6 sample statements taken from the participant booklet:
