Program Agenda and Learning Goals

Over the span of 2 practice-filled days, individuals and organizations have an opportunity to exchange information, explore one another’s interests and needs, and consider ways that an enhanced relationship might be able to deliver higher quality outcomes for both parties. As part of this process, participants take a look at how traditional customer-supplier relationships, in general, have been giving way to a more collaborative approach called partnering. The benefits of partnering, the necessary prerequisites for it, and ways to go about planning for and developing a partnership are all discussed. And, because PartnerPower® is based on an experiential learning model, individuals are deeply involved in the learning process from beginning to end, sharing insights and experiences with others and taking part in the action.

Pre-work: To be completed prior to the start of the program. Requires 1˝ – 2 hours.
