Program Agenda and Learning Goals

From the start, group members are exposed to a set of
effective teamwork principles. These principles are then explored in greater detail throughout the TEAMPOWER program as group members learn the skills necessary for improving the functioning of their group. Group members are provided with opportunities to practice solving problems, making decisions, resolving conflict, and giving and receiving feedback as a
group. By the end of the program, group members are able to identify issues that continue to block team effectiveness and develop actions for overcoming them.
