PROGRAM DELIVERY
On-Site Presentations:
From planning to follow-up, we’ll work with you each step of the
way. First, we’ll interview a sampling of your participants to ensure
that we are prepared to meet the unique needs of your organization.
Then, an experienced and qualified HRDQ consultant will present your
on-site program at the location of your choice, engaging your
participants, uncovering issues, establishing rapport, and helping
participants transfer learning to the workplace. Finally, after the
program session has ended, we’ll evaluate the program’s success — and
continue working with you until your learning goals are satisfied.
PROGRAM LICENSING
 On-Site Trainer
Certifications:
When you choose to license, your trainers will first experience
the program as a participant, and then become certified to facilitate
the programs themselves. This licensing option provides you with a
complete, turnkey learning experience that you can add to your
curriculum and use over and over again. We’ll provide each
trainee-facilitator with a complete Facilitator Support Kit, including
a comprehensive Facilitator Guide and reusable support materials. You
simply purchase Participant Guides as you need them, and you’re ready
to train!
Additional Licensing Features:
- Licensing HRDQ Programs provides you with unlimited use of the
program.
- No minimum inventory investment is required. You may purchase
participant materials on an as-needed basis — as few or as many as
you need.
- HRDQ provides ongoing consultant support to ensure maximum
effectiveness.
- Additional trainers may be certified at any time.
