Internet difficulties). If you prefer to place your order via mail or

(Eastern Time) to answer
questions or take your order. You may contact us via
mail,
phone, fax, or e-mail.
HRDQ
accepts prepaid credit card orders and on-account (billable)
orders. See our
shopping
policy Payment Terms for details.
Merchandise cannot be
shipped to a post office box. Be sure to include a valid shipping address.
We will
process online orders when the billing and/or shipping address is
outside of the United States, however special terms apply. See our
International
Ordering instructions for details.

How To Order On Our Site
Browse our site for extensive
information on all of our products. Each HRDQ product page has a convenient
shopping cart list toward the bottom of the page. When you find what you're
looking for simply enter the quantity of each item and click the "Add To
Cart" button. The items you selected will be added to your online shopping
cart awaiting checkout. Ordering
through HRDQ Online is quick, easy, and
secure.
How do you do it? - Just follow these simple steps!

The top of every page
on our site includes our "Quick
Search Menu Bars".
Finding any HRDQ product is a snap – you can search by product
title, topic, or format. Use the drop down list to make your
selection to highlight your choice then one click will take you to
that page. Want to keep browsing? Wherever you are on our site, the "Quick
Search Menu Bars" will always be ready to go!

Each product page
includes extensive information to help you make an informed purchase.
On most pages you’ll find information on:
objective, intended audience, time required, and format along with an overview
of the product. Need more information? Contact our customer service team at

Have you found a
product you would like to order? Every page includes price/purchasing
info for all of the items offered in that particular product. Simply enter the quantities you desire
and click on the "Add Selected Items to Cart" button.

Now you’re on
the "Your Cart" page. As long as you stay
on our site, this shopping cart will keep track of the items you have
selected for purchase, no matter how long you continue to browse. If
you leave our site or close your browser, however, your basket will be
emptied and no purchase will be recorded!
As you add items, a running list will be created showing you the items
purchased, quantity, price of each, and total order amount. You’ll
also see how many dollars you’ve saved by ordering online.
What next? Every time you add a product to the cart, 3 option
buttons will appear at the bottom of "Your Cart"
page:
- Continue
Shopping - Click this button to go back to the product index page and
keep on browsing. Each time you find another product you would like to order, click the
"Buy" button to add it to your cart.
- Goto
Checkout - Have you entered all the items you wish to purchase today?
Then click this button to go the checkout page.
- Empty
Cart - Sometimes you may want to start all over. Click this button to
remove all items from your cart.

Checkout Time!
Once you’ve entered all the items you wish to purchase, press the "Goto Checkout"
button at the bottom of the "Your Cart"
page.
First, tell us how we
should ship your order, standard ground service or optional air
service. Regardless of
your selection, in stock items will be shipped the following business
day of receipt in our office.
Please
see our online delivery policy for terms and conditions. HRDQ will
not ship orders to a post office box, so please be sure to include a
valid shipping address.
Next, let us know your
charge card information. Enter the name exactly as it appears on
your card followed by the billing address for this charge account.
Don’t forget to include a phone number and email address so that we
may contact you if we have questions about your order.
If your order is being billed and shipped to the same address, simply
check "Same as Billing Address". Shipping to a different
address? No problem! Enter the shipping information in the Shipping
Address area. Once again, don’t forget to enter a phone number and
email address of the shipping address so that we call for further
delivery instructions if necessary.

After entering the
address and shipping information, click on the "Continue"
button. The final step is to enter your payment information. Select
either "Credit
Card" or "Terms" (see
payment
terms for more details about our online billing policies).
If paying by credit card, be sure to include the name as it appears on
the credit card, complete card number, card type, and expiration date.
When everything is entered, click on "Goto Checkout"
to submit your order.
That’s
it! A confirmation number will be provided (please retain this number
in the event you need to contact us regarding this order). If you
furnished an email address (recommended) an acknowledgement of your
order and possible backorder status will be forwarded to you
automatically upon receipt at our offices.
