shopping online should be a quick and painless experience.
You're also concerned about security, confidentiality, and
purchasing flexibility. HRDQ Online is aware of your needs
and has made provisions to ensure your shopping experience
is trouble-free. Unfortunately, all e-commerce sites are not
created equal and knowing a little bit about each site goes
a long way to ease any frustrations you may have.
We've put together a list of Frequently Asked Questions, to
help you understand our site and hopefully make your visit
with us a satisfying one! We'll update this list
occasionally to reflect the feedback of our users.
Q. How do I return something?
A. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you
may return it within 30 days (in resaleable condition) for a
credit or refund, less shipping and handling charges. Please
ship returns prepaid by FedEx, UPS, or other traceable
means. The back of the packing slip shipped with your order
provides further details and a mailing label for returns. If
you need further assistance please call our customer service
department at 1-800-633-4533.
Q. I know what I want. Why do I
have to "hunt" for the pricing?
A. You don't! Every HRDQ product page now has the pricing
and "Add To Cart" buttons at the bottom of the page. Simply
enter the quantities of HRDQ products you need and buy it
instantly!
Q. What about sample items? Are
those available online?
A. Yes. Selected products have viewable sample items
available. Look for the "View Sample Items" button in the
upper-right corner of the product page.
Q. I ordered and received a
confirmation number at checkout, and I'm sure I included my
valid e-mail address, but I have not received an e-mailed
order acknowledgement yet, how come?
A. Well, it may seem strange in the new internet economy,
but HRDQ has elected NOT to use automated responses,
preferring instead to have your order reviewed by real, live
human beings. We pride ourselves on the highest level of
customer service, and we don't know how to provide that
without personal attention. Orders you place during our
normal business hours are acknowledged as soon as possible.
Orders placed after that time are acknowledged the following
business day. When your acknowledgment arrives you can be
sure we have double-checked your order and it will arrive
on-time, and as expected.
Q. What if I need the product
overnight?
A. If you need your materials shipped overnight, or for
Saturday delivery, you must place your order via phone
before 4:00pm EST. HRDQ Online cannot be responsible for the
timeliness of rush shipments ordered via the web. Our
customer service team is ready to help - call 1-800-633-4533 to place your order.
Q. Why is my online confirmation
number different from my order number?
A. This is due to the internal process we must maintain to
properly track your order through the system. Once an order
number is assigned you may use it for all future references
to that purchase.
