Online Shopping Policies
HRDQs
policies regarding online orders differ slightly from orders placed by telephone or
facsimile. Please read the following information before ordering.

Monday thru Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (EST) to answer questions or take your order. You may
contact us via phone, fax, or mail.
- HRDQ.COM accepts prepaid credit card
orders and on-account orders only. See our Payment Terms for details.
- Orders cannot be shipped to a post office
box, be sure to include a valid shipping address.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee the quality and effectiveness
of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it
within 30 days (in resaleable condition) for a credit or refund, less shipping and
handling charges. Please ship returns prepaid by FedEx or other traceable means. The
back of the packing slip shipped with your order provides further details and a mailing label
for returns.
Delivery
HRDQ.COM orders require 24 hours for
processing. Orders placed today will be shipped by the following business day by the
method of shipment you specify. All shipments are FOB King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA
and are subject to availability at our warehouse. Our Customer Service
department will contact you if items you ordered are not available for immediate shipment.
Please note: Items ordered together are not always shipped together.
Our online ordering system offers
FedEx Ground service as our standard method of domestic shipment. FedEx Overnight, 2-day,
and 3-Day air service is available for extra charge. None of these shipping methods precludes the 24 hour processing time needed for
all online orders.
Rush Delivery
If you phone our customer service
department before 4:00pm EST, we will ship your order via the rush service
of your choosing that same day. Rush orders can be shipped for 3-day,
2-day, overnight, or Saturday delivery. All rush services are based upon
shipping weight and destination, and shipping costs will be calculated at
the time you place your order. Our customer service team is ready to help

Note: OVERNIGHT DELIVERY CANNOT BE GUARANTEED ON WEB ORDERS.
HRDQ.COM will make every effort to fulfill your
order as quickly as possible. However, if you need your materials shipped
overnight, or the timeliness of delivery is critical, we strongly suggest you
call our customer service for personal assistance to expedite your
shipment.
For your protection, ALL FedEx air shipments require a signature upon
delivery. Packages will NOT be left without a signature.
Unforeseeable Delays
The Internet is a global network that is
not maintained by any one entity. It is possible to experience outages and delays on the
Internet beyond the control or knowledge of HRDQ. HRDQ will strive to inform customers of
possible delays, however we cannot offer any guarantees nor accept any liabilities or
consequences caused by these circumstances. Customers may wish to transmit time-critical
messages by telephone or facsimile.
Payment Terms
Credit Card Orders
HRDQ accepts prepaid credit card orders
and on-account orders only. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club are
accepted. Your credit card will not be charged until materials are shipped.

On-Account Orders
On-account orders are subject to credit
approval. Please supply both a phone number and an email address so that we may contact
you if we have questions about your order. Our payment terms are net 30 days from date of
invoice. Invoices will be issued when materials are shipped. Invoices open beyond 30 days
are subject to a 1.5% finance charge and/or reasonable collection fees. HRDQ retains the
right to withhold new shipments when accounts remain overdue. Billing questions? Please

State Sales Tax
HRDQ is required to collect state sales tax for all shipments to
Pennsylvania (6%).

Pricing Policy
Prices in our current print catalog
supersede those from previous catalogs and are subject to change without notice. Special
pricing and promotions may be offered on HRDQ.COM and, where applicable, will take
precedence over those published in our print catalog.
Discounts & Coupons
Occasionally, HRDQ will have
discounts, coupons, or special offers. In all cases these promotions will carry specific
instructions regarding their validation and redemption and are subject to change without
notice.
International Orders
HRDQ.COM will accept online orders from
our international customers, however the following policies apply to any
international order received via our website:
- All pricing is based on U.S. funds
only.
- Your international online order may not
display your correct shipping charges regardless of the method of
shipping you select. These charges will be calculated and you will be
informed of your final invoice amount PRIOR to shipment.
- Free shipping or discounted shipping
promotions are not applicable for international orders.
- All international orders must be paid
by credit card.
- Additional taxes, tariffs, or
shipping/handling expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you would prefer for us to supply

Software Policy
HRDQ provides limited assistance with
software purchases. For example, HRDQ can assist you with how to
incorporate our Microsoft PowerPoint slide presentations within a
facilitation program. We can not, however, provide help with questions
regarding how to use Microsoft’s PowerPoint program itself. Questions
about the use of computer products provided by other manufacturers, such
as Microsoft, should be directed to the software provider.
A Word About Security
We are often asked
"How do I know if the HRDQ.COM servers are secure?" Aside
from our pledge of providing you with secure sales transactions, we also
provide a security certificate through Thawte.
Secure
server status is not always readily apparent to the user. To facilitate access by
customers who have restrictions on accessing secure servers, HRDQ.COM incorporates a mix of open and secure content. The financial information side of our site is
hosted on a secure e-commerce server incorporating the latest data
encryption technologies. As you enter your credit card or billing
information, you can be sure that your data is secure.
How can you be sure?
Your browser may display a small "lock" icon when you are
navigating a secure server. Others prompt you when you are switching from
open to secure content. Some may even display warning messages regarding
the security of the site. One sure method of detecting a secure server
page is to monitor the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) of that page. Secure
pages always begin with the "https:/" identifier rather than the
more common "http:/". Most popular browsers let you view the URL
of any particular page. Microsoft Internet Explorer for example, allows
you to right click within the secure page frame and choose "Properties",
while Netscape provides the same functionality using "View",
"Page Info".
When you shop at HRDQ.COM, informational pages are not secure. However the final pages in the
"checkout" area are hosted on a secure server. During
"checkout" the
"https:/" URL identifier can be verified, letting you know you've entered the
secure area of our site and can finalize your order with confidence.
Privacy
Statement
The information we collect online is used to improve the content of our site, notify consumers about updates to our site, and by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or supply internet statistics on customers to any third party.
If you supply us with your email address, you may receive periodic e-mailings from HRDQ with information on our products, services, or upcoming events. Any e-mailing sent by HRDQ will always include an "unsubscribe" feature to have your name removed from our e-mailing list.
If you supply us with your postal address, you may receive printed mailings unless you have requested that we not do so. If at any time you no longer wish to receive our print catalog, please let us know by sending e-mail to
custserv@hrdq.com telling us that you would like to be removed from our print catalog mailing list.
We do occasionally provide customer information to reputable companies offering products and services with high relevance to our customers. If at any time you no longer wish to receive this type of information, please let us know by sending e-mail to
custserv@hrdq.com telling us that you would like to be removed from our rental list.
If you supply us with your telephone number or fax number, you may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders you have placed on-line or your on-line user account. We will only contact you by phone on an as-needed basis. Your phone number will not be used for solicitations.

Policy
HRDQ.COM utilizes cookies in order to provide a better shopping experience. We do not collect personal information without your knowledge and permission, nor do we resell or distribute any site visitor data, including information that may be collected as a natural by-product of your visit.
A cookie is a small piece of information that is sent to your browser when you access a Web site. There are two kinds of cookies. A session cookie is a line of text that is stored temporarily in your computer's RAM. Because a session cookie is never written to a drive, it is destroyed as soon as you close your browser. A persistent cookie is a more permanent line of text that gets saved by your browser to a file on your hard drive. The HRDQ shopping cart system
incorporates session cookies to allow our cart to "remember" what you've purchased as you browse.
Cookies can be enabled or disabled by users. To do so in Microsoft
Internet Explorer 4.x go to the Internet Options menu. In Netscape 4.x
go to the Options/Advanced area. Many users choose to enable cookies but
shut off the prompt that tells them when a cookie is being activated on
their browser. In other words, the cookies work in the background
without any disruption in service. In Internet Explorer 4.x, shut off
the warnings by going to "View/Options/Advanced" and making sure the box
next to "Warn before accepting cookies" is blank. In Netscape version
4.x, go to "Edit/Preferences/Advanced" and a) check the box that reads
"Accept All Cookies"; b) make sure the box that says "Warn Me Before
Accepting a Cookie" is blank.
